A three-course meal where the tables are overflowing with ingredients and you and your team have to prepare the main course, skinning fish and plucking chicken. You are ready for everything, and especially for your colleague Hannes' task. She will provide the culinary drinks.
The evening ends by the glow of the bonfire with a sloppy lump of dough in one hand and a lukewarm Hannes specialty "gin and tonic" in the other.
After a good night's sleep, the new day is all about strategic planning and meetings about the new platforms to be implemented. Group work takes place with the team on a bench under the green beech. And hunger is satisfied with pulled pork burgers and bean salad over the fire.
