We offer flexible meeting rooms that can accommodate all types of groups. Our rooms are perfect for everything from small gatherings of 10 people to larger events with up to 60 participants.
Our meeting rooms include:

All rooms are equipped with modern technical facilities, including a projector, sound system, wifi, whiteboard, and screen. The seating arrangements vary according to the desired table setup, which can be 'cinema', 'horseshoe', 'groups', or 'long tables'.
During the summer months, we expand our meeting facilities with our unique “Meetings in Nature” packages, which are held in our picturesque tipis.
These tipis offer a unique and natural meeting experience and can accommodate up to 150 people as standard, with the option of adapting to up to 250 people for larger events.

The Officers' Mess, our prominent main building, now functions as a restaurant with views of Skanderborg Lake from the large terrace – the perfect backdrop for any event. Built in 1943 by the German Luftwaffe as the 'Offizierskasino', where officers ate until May 1945, the building still stands proudly with its original wooden beams.
Located by King Frederik II's former hunting forest and Skanderborg Lake, the Officers' Hall combines historical depth with natural beauty.
