The restaurant is built with solid wood – presumably brought home from Belgium. The house is built in the spring of 1944, and until May 1945, functioned as food hall for the officers.

Our firepit in the middle of the forest down to the lake makes for a great get-away for our guests. The conference participants is teambuilding with making food over the open fire. It is also possible to order a round of Snobrød – the Danish bread, cooked over fire. The very definition of the Danish “Hygge”!
